Chestnut Park Apartments Finds Buyer

Sterling Real Estate Holdings, a JV between Barker Pacific Group and Pacific Real Estate Partners, bought Chestnut Park Apartments in the Castle Hills area of San Antonio. The garden-style complex consists of two 13-story buildings with a total of 145 one- and two-bedroom units. Sterling plans to invest over $1M to add new amenities, such as a fitness center and a dog park, and to renovate interior units.
