The acquisition of Mesa Financial Plaza marked BPG's first investment in Mesa, Ariz.

An instantly recognizable landmark on Phoenix's East Valley horizon, the 16-story, 311,132-square-foot building was rebranded "The Mesa Tower."

The team significantly increased building occupancy, upgraded common areas, and improved building signage and lighting. The project was sold in April 2021, providing a return to investors.
