One Sansome is a soaring 42-story tower in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District, boasting 650,000 square feet of leasable Class A office space, a historic 8,000-square-foot conservatory featuring a multifaceted hospitality destination, and a central location that makes it accessible to both NoMa and SoMa, alike. The building sits directly atop the Montgomery Street Station a key port of entry to downtown San Francisco, as BART funnels thousands of workers and visitors to the City.

Barker Pacific Group acquired One Sansome Street in 2010 and serves as the property manager with Newmark Group as its leasing agent. Construction on the high-rise began in 1983 and incorporated portions of the Albert Pissis-designed Holbrook Building that housed the Anglo and London Paris National Bank, which occupied the site from 1910-1981. In 2014, One Sansome achieved LEED Platinum v.4 Certification, making it the first major office building in the world to obtain the highest green building standard.

In 2023, One Sansome unveiled a multi-faceted hospitality destination at its base, which has become a new nerve center for social, professional, and civic activity in the West Coast’s most important business district. The sumptuous Holbrook House, a restaurant and bar with bespoke interiors imagined and executed by Jeff Schlarb — one of the city’s most coveted designers, is the jewel of a multifaceted hospitality concept incorporating the historic (circa 1910) ground floor conservatory at the base of One Sansome. Adjacent to the Holbrook House, the awe-inspiring atrium represents the second pillar of a three-piece hospitality concept. In addition to serving as the City’s newest and most graceful event space — spanning almost 16,000 square feet and accommodating up to 2,000 guests — the rejuvenated space also hosts a wide-range of new programming for the public, including live music and special events, in one of the city’s most accessible privately owned public space. The space emphasizes the tight integration between the building's hospitality component and tenant amenities.
