City Square is a prominent mixed-use project in midtown Phoenix which consists of three Class A office towers totaling more than 775,052 square feet, as well as a hotel, an open-air retail plaza, and a 1200-car parking garage. The project was developed by the Del Webb Corporation in 1962, and designed by the architectural firm of Flatow, Moore, Bryan, and Fairburn. Previously known as Kent Plaza and the Rosenweig Center, City Square is owned and professionally managed by Barker Pacific Group (BPG), who purchased the property in 2019 as part of a joint venture with Iron Point Partners. City Square is located on 15 acres at 3800-4000 N. Central Ave., bordered by Indian School Road to the north, Central Avenue and the Light Rail to the east, Weldon Avenue to the south and 2nd Avenue to the west.
