Activision Publishing Inks Deal at Hamilton Landing
Last of Renovated Space at Former Air Force Base Taken By Toys For Bob
Toys For Bob, a division of Activision Publishing, will occupy 11,848 square
feet in Hangar 4 at Hamilton Landing, filling the last of the newly renovated
space at the 465,000-square-foot former Air Force Base in Novato, CA.
The company will relocate from downtown Novato to accommodate growth.
In addition, long-time tenant Marin IPA will relocate within Hamilton
Landing to Hangar 3, signing a new lease for 8,459 square feet to better
suit its long-term needs.
Barker Pacific Group recently converted Hamilton Landing into an office
campus. Footwear manufacturer Birkenstock inked a deal earlier this year
to move its U.S. headquarters to Hangar 6 of the complex.
Haden Ongaro, Brian Eisberg and Mark Carrington of Orion Partners Ltd.
represented ownership, a joint venture of Barker Pacific Group and
Prudential Real Estate Investors. Richard Dougherty of CresaPartners
represented Activision in the deal.
